The Forge Bookshelf is down, which means I can’t approve people for PDFs and, if you bought one previously, you can’t redownload. It should be back up by Wednesday. If you bought from me in the last few days, I will be mailing out PDFs by hand sometime this evening.

This seems like a good time to mention that all PDF orders are filled manually (even when the bookshelf is up and running) and thus it takes a little bit of time (up to 48 hours) to fill each order.
